Application & Blending Guidance
1. Base Oil Compatibility
Our packages are formulated for excellent solubility in API Group I, II, and III mineral oils, as well as Group IV (PAO) and Group V (Esters) synthetics.
2. Blending Procedure
To ensure a homogeneous mixture:
Pre-heat base oils to 50°C – 60°C.
Add the additive package under mechanical agitation.
Incorporate Viscosity Index Improvers (VII) and Pour Point Depressants (PPD) as needed for the final grade (e.g., 5W-30, 15W-40).
3. Quality Control (QC)
For every batch produced at your factory, we recommend checking Kinematic Viscosity (@40°C & 100°C), Flash Point, TBN, and Zinc/Calcium content to ensure alignment with the target specification.
